Meatballs in Cream Sauce with Cauliflower Mash
In this low-carb version, the breadcrumbs have been replaced with a small amount of almond flour and the mashed potatoes with cauliflower. Season the salt sparingly, as the meat broth also affects the saltiness of the sauce.
